Bolton Academy parent groups provide our school the support needed to move educational efforts forward in today's growing technical and global economy. We have a vibrant culture of support from parent leadership, volunteers, and community members that involve these three main organizations.

PTA
Parent Teacher Association
Mission: To educate parents, engage our diverse community. and support our wonderful teachers and staff.
Role: Hosts school and community events and holds 2-3 general meetings throughout the school year. Leads efforts to coordinate and train volunteers. The Executive Board mets once a month.
Funding: Bolton Academy's PTA Membership and events are financially supported by the SOFI.
SOFi
Soaring Owl Foundation
Mission: To help enrich Bolton's curriculum and social environment and strengthen the quality of the education Bolton students receive. Help give the school an opportunity to remain competitive on a national and International level.
Role: Hosts SOFI's Nest Egg. SOFI Cup and SOFI Night fundraiser events.
Funding: Generous Bolton parents, staff, community members and corporations give to the fund.
GO Team
Local School Governance Team
Mission: Works with the principal to set school's strategic plan and to align the school's budget to the plan.
Rote: Analyzes data and helps set school goals and school priorities; Approves straten c olan: budget and school-ossed solutions: Conducts research Advises principal Engages famities: Funnels criticat information to/from principal.
